What we do
Our program offerings are very extensive offering a comprehensive list of services and are designed to accelerate commercialisation, battle-test founders and their strategies. Companies
Bootcamps - 1-2 week program for startups or student teams to develop their ideas into
early prototypes. Bootcamps include mentoring with Nest teams and corporate representatives.
Ideation Workshops - Half-day workshop to identify areas of friction within the organization which can potentially be solved with startup technologies. Areas that have a high level of interest are around customer acquisition and journey. With the information at hand, Nest will translate the problem statement into public-facing themes.
Hackathons – We also run hackathons, (design sprint-like events); often where we bring together experts from different fields to collaborate and solve a particular problem. The goal of a hackathon is to create a functioning prototype by the end of the event.
Design Sprints – Design Sprint is a five-day process for answering critical business questions through design, prototyping, and testing ideas with customers. It is useful when re-designing new processes and launching new products. Working together in a sprint, you can shortcut the endless debate cycle and compress months of time into a single week.
Instead of waiting to launch a minimal product to understand if an idea is any good, you’ll get clear data from a realistic prototype. The sprint gives you a superpower: You can fast-forward into the future to see your finished product and customer reactions, before making expensive commitments.
Social Accelerator Programs – 4-6 week program for social enterprises to improve commercial sustainability and scale their activities. Support includes mentoring by Nest and corporate representatives. A light touch accelerator focused on early-stage social enterprises.
We work with corporates, startups and investors to create tangible commercial outcomes, helps expedite the pathway to commercialization, and attract quality deal flow with de-risked investments.
